Harley Coulshed
Managing Director
Harley is a qualified registered electrician with over 10 years’ experience within the industry and is the director of CSR Electrical.
Harley is still very much on the tools with the team, your likely to find him on the job site rather than in the office.
Harley has grown the business from working on his own to now employing a team of Seven.
His quality, reliable and friendly service has grown his company and he is still expanding.
In Harley’s spare time you will find him spending time with Monique and their son Lachlan and new wee girl Andi, going for bike rides or doing some kind of meat on the charcoal BBQ.

Monique Coulshed
Sales / Marketing
Monique came on board fulltime with Harley at CSR Electrical at the beginning of 2015 as the business had grown and Harley needed her to come on board and take over some of the office side of things.
Together Monique and Harley are a formidable team and are very committed to the team.
How Long have you been in sales?
I was originally in the Plumbing industry for about 10 years as a sales rep and then came on board full-time with CSR on 2015.
What’s your favorite food?
Mums roast diners
What do you enjoy about working with the team at CSR?
The fun & passionate team I get to work with and the amazing clients with deal with makes it a great place to work.
What do you do when you’re not working?
Getting out and about with my wee family.

Vicki Phillips
Mission Control (Camp Mother)
How Long have you been with the team?
2 Years with CSR, I was previously in the plumbing trade for 20 years.
What’s your favorite food?
Any food, I’m not fussy (ADMIN INPUT – She likes the odd wine)
What do you enjoy about working with the team at CSR?
We have an awesome team with great camaraderie, and a high level of professionalism. Great attitudes to the owners
What do you do when you’re not working?
Family keeps me pretty busy!

Leigh Rumney

How Long have you been working with numbers?
Forever! well over 20 years anyway.
What’s your favorite food?
Love a good curry but can’t say no to a bowl of lollies.

They’re a friendly bunch, dedicated, enthusiastic and always happy top help.

Hangout with family , love going to the beach.

Hamilton – Hamilton – Hamilton! I’ve lived my whole life in Hamilton. alway holidaying at Coromandel.

Ian Smart
Senior Electrician
How Long have you been in the trade?
10.5 years including my apprenticeship

A good team environment

Waste money on cars and working on and around the house
Where did you grow up?
In Yorkshire England until I was 12 then moved to Warkworth Auckland. Moved to the Waikato 3 years ago.
Jacob Osborne
Electrical Apprentice
Jacob has been with CSR Electrical since he left school. He started with CSR in its very early days. Specializing in alarm systems and appliance repairs, Jacob has grown with the company and is a vital part of the team.

Marcel Rumney
Electrical Apprentice
Marcel is the latest addition to the team, he has worked within the auto and visual industry for a number of years and was wanting to develop his skills further into the electrical world. CSR Electrical has been very fortunate to have him come on board.
How Long have you been in the trade?
3 years in the Electrical and 8 years TV/Data Audio Visual

Great company – good yarns – and good variety of work

Spending time with family/friends. Working around the house or relaxing watching TV.

Eric Fatupaito
Electrical Apprentice
CSR Electrical welcomed Eric to the Team in March 2015. He is new to the industry but is settling in well and is now a key member to the team. Eric is mainly forces on the audio and visual side of things however is very versatile throughout the business.

The ability to have fun and learn new things in the industry, also its great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job.

Born and raised in Hamilton, but Samoa is forever home.
